Deacon is an approximately 6 year old Male Black & Tan Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He was put on PetFinder by the Jacksonville, AR Shelter. They are nice people and seemed to have taken good care of him.
He's overweight, has some sort of urinary tract infection, an umbilical hernia, along with an eye infection. He will be going to the vet the first thing and getting a complete checkout.
When we woke up, he wasn't in good shape, so we rushed him to the vet. They attempted to catheterize him and were able to get it inserted, but he continued to go downhill from there. He passed away around 2:30 pm on October 20th, 2010.
We didn't know you long, but you were a gentle boy while you were here.
